1. Introduction and acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the website located at www.drone-secure.com, operated by Drone Secure LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

2. Definitions
"Content" means all text, graphics, images, specifications, product information, logos, designs, videos and other material published on the Site.

3. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, informational and legitimate business purposes only. You agree not to: use the Site in any way that breaches applicable local, national or international law or regulation; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems or networks; introduce malware or any other malicious or technologically harmful material; copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, or redistribute Content except as expressly permitted; use the Site or its Content to develop, market or support a competing product or service; or misrepresent your identity, organisation or affiliation when contacting us. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, where we consider your use to be in breach of these Terms.

All Content and all intellectual property rights in the Site, including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, logos, registered designs, patents, product designations and system architectures, are owned by or licensed to Drone Secure and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Drone Secure name and logo are trademarks of Drone Secure LLC. Nothing on the Site grants you any licence or right to use any intellectual property without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

5. Product and technical information
Product descriptions, specifications, performance figures, ranges, images and capability statements on the Site are provided for general informational purposes only. They are indicative, may be updated or discontinued without notice, and do not constitute a binding offer, warranty or guarantee of specific performance in any particular operational environment. Actual system configurations, specifications, availability and performance are confirmed only through a formal written quotation, proposal or contract. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract is formed by your submission of an enquiry.

6. Export control and regulatory compliance
Drone Secure designs, manufactures and supplies UAS and Counter-UAS systems and related technology that may be classified as controlled, dual-use or military items under the export-control and defence-trade laws of the United Arab Emirates and other jurisdictions. By using the Site and by contacting us, you acknowledge and agree that: any supply, export, re-export or transfer of our products, software, technology or technical data is subject to applicable export-control laws, licensing requirements, end-use and end-user restrictions, and sanctions regimes; we may decline to respond to, or transact with, any party where doing so would breach applicable law or our compliance obligations; we may require end-user documentation, due-diligence information and regulatory approvals before providing any product, technical information or quotation; you will not use, request or seek to procure our products or information for any prohibited purpose, or on behalf of any sanctioned, restricted or embargoed person, entity or country; and you are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. The publication of information on the Site is not a representation that any product or technology is available for supply in your jurisdiction or to you.

7. Restricted and prohibited use
Information on the Site must not be used to develop, produce, acquire or deploy systems in a manner that is unlawful, or that contributes to the proliferation of weapons or to any use prohibited under applicable international law. We reserve the right to refuse any enquiry at our sole discretion.

8. Enquiries and confidentiality
Information you submit through the Site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Do not submit classified, export-controlled or otherwise sensitive technical information through the Site's general enquiry forms. Any confidential engagement will be conducted under a separate written agreement, such as a non-disclosure agreement.

9. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources provided for convenience only. We do not control, endorse or assume responsibility for the content, products or practices of any third-party site. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Drone Secure and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or connected with your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

13. Changes to the Site and these Terms
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date, and your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the Site, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any applicable mandatory arbitration provisions agreed separately in writing.

15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Drone Secure regarding your use of the Site, and supersede any prior understandings on that subject.
