4. Information we collect
Information you provide to us. When you complete a contact or enquiry form, request a briefing, or otherwise correspond with us, we may collect your first and last name, organisation, job title, business email address, telephone number, country, the nature of your enquiry, and any information you include in your message.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on one or more of the following: your consent; the performance of, or steps taken at your request prior to entering into, a contract; compliance with a legal obligation; and our legitimate interests in operating and promoting a defence technology business, provided these are not overridden by your rights.
7. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it as follows.
Group companies and operational sites. As a business with operations across the United Arab Emirates, Pakistan and China, we may share your data with our affiliated entities and integration or manufacturing units for the purposes described in this Policy.
Service providers. We may share data with trusted third parties who provide services on our behalf, such as hosting, IT security, communications and analytics providers, under obligations of confidentiality and data protection.
Legal, regulatory and government authorities. Given the nature of our sector, we may be required to disclose information to defence, security, customs, export-control or other governmental authorities where required by law, regulation or lawful request.
Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring or sale of assets, personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction.
8. International transfers
Because we operate across multiple jurisdictions, your personal data may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries outside the one in which you are located, including the United Arab Emirates, Pakistan and China. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where such transfers occur, we take steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection for your data in accordance with applicable law.
9. Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, due-diligence or reporting requirements. Enquiry and procurement records may be retained for longer periods where required for compliance or legitimate business purposes. When data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymise it.
10. Data security
We maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping any credentials or correspondence confidential on your side.
